COBA provides travel advisory and planning services as an independent franchise of Dream Vacations. Submitting the intake form starts a planning conversation — it is not a booking, and it does not obligate you to purchase anything.

All travel bookings and payments are processed through Dream Vacations and the travel suppliers involved (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and airlines). Their terms, fare rules, and cancellation policies apply to your purchase. No payments are collected through this website.
